Somatic Sex Education
& Sexological Bodywork
Somatic sex education and Sexological Bodywork is an experiential, body-based education about embodiment, pelvic health, sex, and intimacy. Sessions may include coaching, somatic practices, bodywork and touch, and suggestions for home practices.
I use a variety of modalities, including Reiki, breath-work, boundary setting and consent exercises. I also use trauma-informed touch for scar remediation work and body mapping for sensitivity and pleasure. All of these modalities may turn into Dearmouring sessions if/when the client would like to do deeper healing work.

*Somatic sex education is not a sexual service. I currently do not act as a surrogate partner. Any touch that may occur in our sessions (when and if this happens) is one-directional from practitioner to client. I am happy to teach you and/or your partner/lovers exercises and interpersonal skills that you can practice at home.
