What is Sexological Bodywork?

Sexological Bodywork is a somatic, consent-based approach to erotic healing, learning, and embodiment. It is a hands-on education—not a performance, not fantasy roleplay, and not a surrogate service. The work happens with clear agreements, boundaries, and intentions that center your pace, your body, and your capacity.

Sessions may include (but not limited to) breathwork, Reiki, touch, movement, guided self-touch, voice, take-home assignments, and nervous system practices to help you reconnect with sensation, aliveness, and choice. You stay in agency the whole time—nothing happens to you. We follow what your body is ready for, not what it “should” be doing.

Body and pleasure mapping
Together, we explore sensation, responsiveness, and boundaries in different parts of your body so you can relearn what feels good, what doesn’t, and what’s possible. Your genitals are not the only place on your body that experiences pleasure.

Scar tissue remediation
Through gentle, intentional touch and breath, we can work with areas impacted by surgery, injury, childbirth, or past pain to increase mobility, sensation, and connection.

Dearmouring
Many bodies shut down, hold tension, or experience pain in erotic and non-erotic zones. Dearmouring supports the softening and release of these layers, allowing more aliveness, pleasure, and presence to move through. Removing emotional and physical barriers that hinder pleasure and self-expression allows for a more authentic and empowered sense of self.

Sexological Bodywork is trauma-informed, healing-focused, sex-positive, queer-centered, and body-respectful. You don’t have to already feel comfortable in your sexuality to begin—this work is how you get there.
