What is Somatic Sex Education?

Somatic Sex Education is body-based learning. It’s not about performance or somebody else’s idea of sex and intimacy. It’s about reconnecting with your body, your desires, and your boundaries—through sensation, nervous system awareness, and choice. This work is hands-on, clothed or unclothed, depending on the container. We work together at the pace of your nervous system and your authentic signals.

I don’t teach you how to “do sex better.” I help you remember how to feel again—what’s a real yes, what’s a no, and what’s a “not yet” living in your body.

Reasons People Work With Me

Get in touch with your authentic Yes & No
Most of us were taught to override ourselves and to not pay attention to our nervous system; to push through. In this work, we slow down enough to hear your body’s truth again—so decisions around touch, intimacy, desire, and connection come from agency, not conditioning, pressure, or autopilot. When we respond to a request without knowing our authentic yes and no, we are responding from our nervous system in the moment. It is from this place that regret, shame, and guilt begin.

Explore boundaries, communication, and relational honesty
We practice naming limits and desires without guilt or collapse. Whether you’re solo, partnered, poly, kinky, healing, or questioning—this work gives you the body awareness to navigate intimacy with clarity. It will also give you the awareness and tools for clear consent building.

Receive support for sexual healing
Maybe there’s trauma. Maybe there’s numbness. Maybe there’s shame. Maybe you’ve never had a space where your gender, pleasure, power, or queerness were witnessed with care. This work lets you reclaim your body at the pace your system can handle.

Regulate your nervous system around intimacy and sex
Turn-on and terror can live right next to each other. We work with breath, movement, grounding, and attunement to help your body stay present with aliveness instead of shutting down, fawning, dissociating, or rushing.

Who This Work Is For

  • Queer, trans, and gender-expansive folks reclaiming pleasure, embodiment, and sensation after surgery

  • People healing from sexual trauma, shame, or religious or cultural conditioning

  • Individuals wanting deeper connection without losing themselves

  • Kink-curious or kink-experienced humans building foundations of safety and agency

  • Anyone tired of performing and ready to live in their body with choice

My Approach

I bring somatic practices, healing-focused, consent-based touch (when appropriate), nervous system education, and trauma-informed care to every session. This space is queer-liberatory, kink-aware, and body-neutral. You don’t have to show up “fixed,” “confident,” or “ready.” You just have to show up human.

If you're coming with curiosity, confusion, longing, grief, turn-on, numbness, overwhelm, or hope—you’re in the right place.

I’ll see you soon!
